Download and install uuid-dev, e2fsck and cryptsetup.

losetup /dev/loop2 myencryptedfile.enc
cryptsetup -c aes -s 256 --verify-passphrase luksFormat /dev/loop2
cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/loop2 encrypted
mkdosfs /dev/mapper/encrypted
